The idea, the scope, and how we’d partner.
This is a redesign concept, not a boilerplate bid. Below: why we chose this direction, what a rebuild includes, and how we work. No hard quote — a homepage for a $40M agency gets scoped on a call, against real goals.
The idea
One ownable concept: “The leap is the point.”
Your name, your base-jumper mark, and your reputation all say the same thing — creative courage. So the homepage shouldn’t just show the work; it should perform the leap. Cinematic scale, a single committed idea, one signature motion, and copy that reads like an ad. A homepage as considered as a :30 spot — because the people evaluating you make :30 spots for a living.
It’s deliberately the opposite of a portfolio template. The current site is clean and competent — this concept trades “competent” for “unmistakably Highdive.”

A homepage-and-CMS rebuild at this tier is a scoped engagement, not a rate card — it depends on how many case pages, integrations, and how much motion. We’d put a real number in front of you on a short call once we know the shape. What we won’t do is anchor-guess you.
How long until it’s live?
Relative phases, not a promised date we don’t control: roughly kickoff → direction lock → build & content → review → launch. See the timeline for the real dependencies.
Do we own it, or rent it?
You own it. The build lives in your repo on your domain; the monthly is hosting, monitoring, and care — cancellable, not a lease on your own site.
